I work as a free lance trainer for SAGA holidays. I have carried out staff training courses across the world for them. The focus of the training is based on the company's requirements of their staff, customer service, customer care, quality and attention to detail. SAGA pride themselves on the level of service provided to their clients and are very strict with regards to their training policies.

Assumed overall responsibility for the holiday operation within my designated area. This included staff performance, (appraisals, disciplinary hearings, staff development training, recruitment); customer service, operations, financial budgets and strategic planning.
