I have had experience in the world of people since I was 15, learning to communicate with them, tend to their specific needs and react to them in a respectful, caring manner. There have been many experiences where customers have not been satisfied with the product and took it out on the workers, and the main thing I learned from that was to always remain respectful and try to be of as much assistance as possible. Another important tool I've gained from my experience is to always follow through with the assigned or necessary task, working at a barn gave me perseverance in completing a task as live animals indeed depended on when and how the task was completed. Carrying a calm, confident demeanor throughout my years has deemed me successful as it has taught me patience, strong-will, and respect whether it be staged towards humans or animals.
