I have over fifteen years’ experience working in fast-paced office roles, providing a high level of customer service. My current role as a Business Support Administrator involves providing administrative support to a busy learning centre, and being the first point of contact for learner enquiries. I keep accurate records as well as track, monitor and report enrolments, learner progress and learner destinations. Many of my roles have been client-facing and I enjoy developing close working relationships with internal and external clients.
