I am a young professional, currently seeking a change of pace from my current 1:1 home care position. As of now I work a 3-11pm shift and am looking for a position in an office with more "regular" hours. In the past, I have worked in a medical office for over two years directly assisting the office manager, director, and nurses. While working in the office I gained a passion for customer service and care, always volunteering to be relief for the front desk and answering phones. Due to my persistent work-ethic, I became the first person many of the professionals there would turn to when they needed anything taken care of immediately. I have extensive experience in handling confidential information, working with EMR's and the MS office suite, all of which would greatly benefit and aid in my work. Throughout my years working in offices, I have always been complimented on my comforting and professional demeanor, both in personal interactions as well as over the telephone. I am currently looking to return to a position where I can exercise my customer service skills with a broad variety of clients.
