Supported the product commercialization strategy and omnichannel delivery during launch and post-launch of a new cancer treatment.Introduced and integrated a new technological solution to a client to streamline their healthcare provider and patient engagement analysis. Coordinated and managed client engagements across three technical tracks to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Led and executed an investment plan for Canada's Treasury Board, which granted Global Affairs Canada access to $732M in FY 2023 for COVID-19 international assistance.Managed $115M of international program funding for health systems strengthening and COVID-19 diagnostics and therapeutics. Facilitated GAC’s engagement to the G7 and G20 regarding Canada’s international COVID-19 diagnostic and therapeutic response; supervised 10 team members who provided data, analysis, briefings, and speeches to Canada’s Minister of International Development.

Assisted in managing a portfolio of 8 international education projects in partnership with Canadian development organizations, to fulfill Canada's commitments towards helping developing countries increase access to education.

Led and organized a study on 18 projects under the $124M Canadian International Food Security Research Fund, which was used to secure additional funding. Assessed external environment and climate action project concept notes submitted to a Request for Proposal, which had $100M worth of available funding.

Established a strategy to evaluate and retain partnership opportunities; organized networking event and developed funding strategies. Led the development and implementation of a gender equality policy to guide the organization's human resources, partnership and programming practices.
