- Supported the digital and social media strategy development of a major Australian Investment Bank. This engagement involved accelerating their digital journey by recommending a series of initiatives to help build the core foundations of a digital organisation. As part of the project, I assisted with best-in-field research, peer group analysis, customer journey mapping, case studies and conducting workshops. Throughout this project, insight was gained into how digital and social media affects customer decisions.- On an on-going part time secondment to one of KPMG's strategic partners (mobile app development company), I assisted as part of the Business Development team. Her activities involved research, evaluating customer insights, customer journey mapping and peer group analysis.- Performed several general IT control and assurance audits including assessment of controls over access to programs and data, change management procedures as well as computer operations for some of Australia’s largest organisations, primarily in the insurance sector. My responsibilities included control scoping; client interviews to gather an understanding of current processes and risks; analysis of client documentation to identify any weaknesses in either the control design or implementation; testing operational performance of key control processes; identifying compensating and risk mitigating controls as well as providing recommendations to address control deficiencies.- On secondment to a major Australian financial institution, I was a part of a team delivering project assurance over a high value transitioning project (+$150m). I was responsible for liaising with project managers to identify and understand project risks and assessing key project deliverables to support the institution in meeting their APRA obligations.

Worked closely with senior management and the board to develop and implement the organisation's social media strategy and plan. Also assisted with website development and maintenance.My role as secondee was to assist with creating a consist message and brand across the organisation's social media sites with a goal to further community engagement and participation.
