Celeste is a Research Associate at Imagine Worldwide, supporting both the domestic and international qualitative research efforts. Most recently, Celeste was a Program Coordinator and Lab Manager with the Global Classroom. In these roles, she led the development of online social-emotional curriculum, ran efficacy testing on international educational programs, conducted classroom observations, and facilitated teacher training and parent workshops surrounding early learning. Previously, Celeste served as a preschool teacher with both Mission Neighborhood Centers and Jumpstart in the U.S., as well as internationally through volunteer work in Costa Rica, Chile, India, and China. Celeste earned her BA in Psychology and MA in Developmental Psychology from San Francisco State University, graduating with the Graduate Award for Distinguished Achievement. For her thesis she analyzed student social-emotional outcomes as a result of the Psychology International Service Learning Program in the Szechuan region of China.
