Since 2011, I have been providing consistent and effective therapy to all of my patients. In 2013, I began training incoming technicians. I received my RBT and took on the role of Assaultive Behavior Management trainer in 2015. In 2019, I was excited to take on the role of Therapist Liaison and join the leadership team. As Therapist Liaison, I interviewed and screened our incoming technicians and lead the mentorship of all onboarding and current technicians. Ensuring quality therapy and mentoring technicians has been the most rewarding role of my career. Serving in these various roles has provided me with a well-rounded foundation of how to provide support to our clinicians, patient’s, and their families. It is my hope that the combination of my experience, education, and the mentorship I have received across this 11 years of ABA will enable me to be a highly effective Clinical Supervisor.
