I have a passion for leading and supporting others. In my management style, I value transparency and openness as I believe the best way to tackle a concern is to be upfront and address the issue so we can focus on the solution. I take a lot of pride in seeing others exceed, especially when they achieve goals we have worked towards together.I am self motivated and can collaborate very well in team settings or focus on any task as an individual. I am always willing to give anything a shot as I am eager to expand my skill set. I am highly analytical and enjoy breaking down root causes when coaching others.I have learnt to work well in high pressure situations and have grown very confident in having difficult conversations. I am Mental Health First Aid Accredited and have excellent soft skills, being able to support both staff and customers in crisis as well.
