-Responsible in receiving of all IT assets deliveries. -Conducts inventory of all end-user computing resources from its acquisition to its dipossal. -Ensures that the housekeeping of end-user computing resources are observed. -Ensures the end-computing resources area is secured from unauthorized personnel. -Ensures that supporting documents for the end-user computing resources purchases and deliveries are accurate and complete. -Authorizes the release of equipment per approved Deployment List of Computer Support Operation (CSO) Section head. -Maintains IT Asset Equipment Masterlist. -Ensures that all CAPEX-requested end-user computing resources are deployed promptly.-Safekeeps original copies Media Kits, License Certificates, Installers and Drivers. -Install operating systems (O/S), updates and drivers of end-computing resources.-Installs standard bank software and application of end-user computing resources. -Ensures correctness of recipients' details and package labels before deployment. -Deploy end-user computing resources on a prescribed schedule.-Registers licenses of end-computing resources, including but not limited to O/S, software and applications. -Installs the standard bank endpoint protection of end-user computing resources. -Configures security settings of computers consistent with the Bank's security requirements. -Labels the end-computing resources with Decal Codes. -Prepares all the required documents for deployment. -Diagnoses/Troubleshoots computer, computer peripherals, software and basic networking issues encountered by users. -Provides temporary or permanent appropriate fixes to the issues and problems encountered by users on the end-user computing resources onsite or remotely.-Provides recommendation on the possible solution to the issue and problem encoutered by users on the end-user computing resources. -Repairs and preventive maintenance. -Remote assistance to branches, loan centers and dealer sites.
