CurrentI am excited to join the team at Engineered Intelligence Inc and partnering with them in building all things People and Culture for their growing team!Leadership and Management; Demonstrating HR leadership to the organization coaching the Executive team to ensure HR regulations and best practices and policies.Policy and Program Management; develop, update, maintain, and regularly review HR programs and policies ensuring legislative compliance.Culture and Strategy; Design and execute the organizations HR goals. Review and report on employee engagement surveys, retention, exit interviews monitoring key metrics and creating recommendations as required.Support; Work with and build effective relationships with all members of the team as a trusted advisor.Recruitment Oversight; Provide oversight for all recruitment activities ensuring positive candidate experiences and budget efficiencies. Offer direct involvement in all senior leadership roles.Payroll and Employee Data Oversight; Provide oversight and direction to the payroll function ensuring accuracy
