- Led the Maternity Consortium as part of the Government’s VCSE Health and Wellbeing Alliance with a focus on reducing health inequalities for families throughout the pregnancy journey from pre-conception and through the first year of a baby’s life.- Managed the Maternity Consortium’s policy work, including monitoring external developments, developing policy positions, responding to consultations, and developing relationships with officials across the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England, advising on policy and delivery issues that impact families accessing maternity and neonatal services.- Represented the Maternity Consortium at external events, policy working groups and the Government’s Maternity Disparities Taskforce.
