Member of negotiating team for three collective bargaining agreements; UNITE! HERE Local 2, SEIU-USWW and International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 39. Implement ongoing training for employees in 4 languages to include job specific skills, legal and regulatory compiance, Club policies and service. Offer management training/leadership development on Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Managing a Union Workforce, Writing Job Descriptions, Interviewing, Establishing Standards, Employee Injuries/Worker’s Compensation, Accountability/Progressive Discipline, etc.
