- Partners with data governance and Nike’s individual businesses to create policies and develop audits that ensure product data follows Nike specific business and industry rules to reduce incorrect product data, mitigate product waste, and get stellar product into the hands of our consumers- Custom designs, consults, and builds audits and quality programs that encompass data from Line Planning data (MMX) and BOM development data (PCX)- Audits include an array of topics: Line evolution, Franchise, Final Adopt, Team, GCCF & GCS, Pricing, Technology, Style Group, Merch Class, Fit Intent, Dev Team, Features, Platform, Unisex, Retail / Promo Size Range, Age, Style Fit, Gender, Mat Intent, Sustainability, MO Count, Rebuy- Engineered and product manages the Line Planning Data Quality Health layer to measure the health of Nike’s line planning data and capture inconsistencies across the design processKey projects: - Plays critical role in Consumer Direct Acceleration – validating and shifting Nike’s entire data structure to align with the new consumer direct strategy- Data Quality Shared Services team lead; leading a team of analysts to write logic, create audits, establish better data quality norms, visualize data, and make Nike more digitally focused- Featured as a Data Visualization SME in the Early Career Talent network’s “Data Viz 101” event, teaching and establishing data viz norms across all of Nike
