Executive interface into AT&T for hosting and application services clients. Responsible for client satisfaction and net promoter score (NPS) for service delivery and service assurance. Provide executive escalation point for client and internal support teams (Voice of the Customer). Provide monthly reporting. Ensure accurate billing and timely receivables.
