Administrative Operations Manager
CurrentSupport the City's strategic grants and special designation program and aid with various aspects of grants administration, city operations and communications. Administration of grants, funded projects, reporting and assisting with developing effective communications to the public.Working in tandem with City Management, legislative authorities, CFO, to maintain strategic direction in support of all grant and administrative activities.Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department including staffing, training, and coaching of staff.Evaluate performance on a constant basis, providing counseling and guidance as needed.Ensures that all transaction that affect the City are processed accurately by auditing the process and taking a proactive approach to reduce errors; maintains and ensures strict confidentiality of City data.Assists in the dissemination of information concerning the functions and services of various City agencies.
