As a future Social Work graduate, I am passionate about providing quality care and support to individuals and families who need speech and behavioral therapy. I currently work as a Clinic Director at Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, a leading provider of evidence-based and personalized interventions for children with communication and behavioral challenges. In this role, I oversee a team of clinical and administrative staff, ensuring that they adhere to the highest standards of clinical practice, ethical conduct, and customer service. I also manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, inventory, and compliance. With my clinical management and administration skills, I have contributed to the growth and success of the organization, exceeding key performance indicators for patient utilization, therapist retention, and overall care quality. I have also implemented innovative solutions to streamline workflow, improve communication, and enhance patient satisfaction.
