As a lower elementary teacher, my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that a collaborative partnership between school and family is fundamental to a child's success. I actively seek to involve families in the educational process while also teaching students to be active participants in their own learning. Additionally, I recognize that each student is unique, with varying strengths and needs. Therefore, I prioritize engaging and individualized instruction to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive academically and personally reaching their full potential.I am going into my 5th of teaching and continue to grow my love for learning through professional development and leadership opportunities.
