I have worked in the field of psychology and mental health for the past 12 years. I started off with a not for profit agency, transitioned into a provincial government position and now I am comfortably settled in the private sector. I have worked with and am comfortable with individual clients, families, couples, children, adolescents, people with developmental disabilities, gender variance, professionals and their families, among many others.I am certified to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
