Following a major Pfizer-wide reorganization, led the development and execution of a dynamic internal communications, culture, and engagement plan for the Pfizer Essential Health business. The plan maximized use of Pfizer’s intranet and social media channels, and focused on the following priority areas: executive and leader communications; building on an already strong organizational culture; innovation, in partnership with Pfizer Essential Health's Commercial team; and compliance, in partnership with the Legal and Compliance teams.

Developed and implemented strategic external, internal, and executive communications plans with a virtual, cross-functional team of 10 colleagues for the global Primary Care business – a $12B organization with more than 10,000 colleagues worldwide.

Led US Primary Care communications during a period of extensive reorganization and change, and developed external brand programs aligned with US business vision and goals. Partnered with Primary Care Vice President, Communications to align global and US external and internal platforms, including for a major acquisition. Managed a team of two colleagues who supported the US Regional businesses, local brand and sales communications, and the Integrated Health Business Unit.

Supported sales leaders with strategic counsel, plans, and messaging for high priority brand and public affairs initiatives. Identified and acted on opportunities where communications could advance business strategy and strengthen alignment and collaboration among teams.
