CurrentWhile working over here, my key functions include, strategizing and implementing modifications to curriculums and school policies. I also strengthen interpersonal communication, collaboration, and resource sharing among seven colleagues by delivering extensive support in organizing Professional Learning Community meetings. Moreover, I partner with team of teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure provision of best-in-class education to students. In addition to this, I design effective curriculums, evaluate lesson plans, execute novel teaching methods, and support inexperienced teachers in various roles.Key Accomplishments:• Enhanced learning objectives on state assessments up to 10% by utilizing testing data for improved curriculum sequencing and pacing.• Extracted student data from multiple sources, including Eduphoria, IXL, and daily grades as well as determined TEKS scoring less than 70% by excellent data management and analysis.• Developed 20+ lessons for standards falling short of predetermined thresholds, while creating directions/answer keys for teachers and distributing calculators, copies, and videos in collaboration with grade-level partners.• Ensured seamless integration of advanced teaching methodologies and technology, such as iPad, Chrome book, and interactive board for enhanced student engagement in learning by coaching and assisted educators.• Increased grade level of high-need students by one to two years via strategic relationship building, life lessons provision, and incorporation of humorous dash.• Created and managed learning content for six units, assignments, and announcements for students, enabling online and on-campus access to curriculum by utilizing LMS such as Canvas.• Prepared lessons for both at-home and in-person learning as well as monitored educational and emotional growth of 120+ students learning at home and two in-person simultaneously.
