Sales position accountable for soliciting business and retail accounts and developing strategic alliances with clientele and surrounding community.Consistently work with CSR's to train on various bank products as theychange or roll out (ie- produce product quizzes, assist with product presentations to culivate learning,etc)Train staff on new policies and procedures weeklyMeet and exceed individual goals for sales and referralsProvide remarkable customer service through each customer interactionGenerate, maintain and service relationships with consumer and small business customers and prospects.Cross-sell banking services and products to clientele.Participate in community events to position the bank as a leader within the territory.Regulatory/Operational duties (Cash Control, Internal Auditing, Record Retention, Marketing Material Compliance, etc)Provide support to CSR line by offering to help bank patrons with transactions (ie-accept and process deposits, withdrawals and payments, etc)
