My name is Celeste Barker, and I am a health and performance specialist with a vast experience in the world of fitness, health and athletics. I am a graduate of Bucknell University, where I was a four year varsity athlete for the Women's Volleyball team, and obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a focus in pre-medical studies. After college I took my love of volleyball to the coaching side and served as the head coach for multiple local club volleyball teams, as well as serving as an assistant strength coach. Outside of volleyball, I pursued my interest in health and fitness as an online personal trainer/health coach, where I worked virtually 1-1 with clients with their nutrition, exercise regimen, hormonal health, and overall wellbeing. I am also Applied Stretching Theory and Practice Certified through the StretchLab Franchise.I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Sports Science and Rehabilitation program at Logan University, expected to graduate Summer of 2024Open to all experience and connections within the fields of health, wellness, and athletic performance.
