Provided artistic leadership and served as an arts resource for the Vanderbilt University and Nashville communities. Communicated objectives for a concurrent arts vision for the university. Managed all marketing efforts related to Arts at Vanderbilt programs. Developed vision for Dean of Students co-curricular arts programs. Designed and implemented two new websites for the Arts at Vanderbilt and the Office of the Arts and Creative Engagement at Vanderbilt. Coordinated the Creative Campus Living Learning programs and oversaw student performing arts organizations. Developed the International Lens film series in collaboration with ISSS. Facilitated installation of first cross-curricular art exhibit in new campus gallery space. Supervised ACE Student Design Team. Served on university committees in the arts. Curated and oversaw all business related to Vanderbilt Holocaust Art Collection. Maintained working relationship with the Department of History of Art, Vanderbilt Art Department, Vanderbilt Film Studies Program, Vanderbilt Theatre Department, and Blair School of Music. Coordinated collaborative arts programming with students and academic colleagues at Vanderbilt and in surrounding community. Provided creative input for the development of new arts initiatives. Served as liaison between Vanderbilt and Nashville art organizations.

Regularly publish food blog, “Sweet Tea & Wheat-Free” (http://sweetteawheatfree.wordpress.com), encouraging restaurants to promote environmental sustainability, food literacy, and to publish menu ingredients for populations suffering from food allergies. Also a contributing blogger to “The Sweet Potato” (http://www.carolinafarmstewards.org/blog/), the blog of the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association.

Supervised all research studies in the Psychology Department. Managed a team of committee members; maintained online scheduling system for pool of over 13,000 human subjects; recruited new participants and trained new researchers; monitored the payment of foreign nationals through the Harvard Tax Office; managed relations between participants, researchers, principal investigators, and instructors. Instituted new policies for research approval; hired and trained committee members; launched a new website; led the department in the successful implementation of new software system; and expanded the number of study participants from 300 to more than 13,000 through creative marketing, public relations, and recruitment strategies. Served as the "Eco-Citizen" for three Faculty of Arts and Sciences departments through Harvard's Office of Sustainability, training building occupants on energy conservation measures.

Managed Psychology Research Labs for two Social Psychology Professors. Hired and trained Research Assistants; wrote and edited NIH Grant applications and renewals; maintained lab budget and purchased lab equipment; scheduled room reservations; supervised graduate students and research assistants; and ensured compliance with the policies of the Committee on the Use of Human Subjects.

Designed study guides; facilitated professional development teacher workshops for Boston Public Schools; created publicity; managed budget; and streamlined Boston Arts Academy community outreach strategies.

(Grant-funded position) Developed educational materials from Armenian Library and Museum (in Watertown, MA) archives; implemented new database system for documents; conceptualized archival system, and designed exhibits from existing materials for museum.

(Part-time position worked during Graduate Studies) Steered local and international scholars in acquisition of theatre materials for research purposes, archived rare books and photos, and assisted with installation of Theatre Collection exhibits.

Taught English and Western Culture in 10 Junior High Schools and 1 Senior H.S.; led teacher training workshops; and lent voice for the recording of the National English Exam in Nagoya City, Japan.
