CurrentMy position encompasses a range of expanded sales and operational responsibilities. In the area of sales, the role includes managing new customer inquiries, following up with previous clients, organizing meetings to present product information, providing resources for product canning, scheduling site visits, attending trade shows, preparing estimates, managing sales across various commodities, and tracking deposits to secure job dates.On the marketing front, responsibilities involve identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering relationships with vendors and local associations, and participating in events to enhance visibility.The onboarding process is comprehensive, guiding customers from initial inquiry through to canning day and subsequent follow-ups. This includes connecting customers with the CRM for effective project tracking and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.Additionally, the role emphasizes the enhancement of technology for improved efficiency and organization. This includes managing data, updating scheduling software and CRM records, revising documentation and templates as needed, cultivating relationships, scheduling essential meetings, monitoring project status through a detailed 27-step process, liaising with customers regarding inquiries and documentation requirements, scheduling projects with consideration for logistics and resources, and tracking project progress while gathering feedback from customers and crews.
