• Migrated Legacy designs from Sketch to Figma. Helped create Spruce’s updated Design System, designing components and their variants for iOS, Android, Web and Mobile Web using atomic design principles, Material Design and Human Interface guidelines. • Conducted product/user research, produced user flows, IA, customer journeys, wireframes/prototypes, and testing for a multitude of new features and enhanced versions of the app. • Participated in cross-functional brainstorming sessions. Partnered closely with Product and Engineering teams, using roadmaps, KPI's and OKR's to help guide and measure performance.• Presented design work to wide audiences, including stakeholders, engineers, and marketing, all while considering project requirements, conflicting opinions, working with engineering’s abilities, and maintaining a cohesive, user-centered design.• Helped with hiring and mentoring of new Product Designers. • Founding member of Spruce Culture Committee, working on core company values and how to build a stronger remote work culture.

Acted as lead researcher and UX designer on a three-week design sprint with two other collaborators. We were tasked with a website redesign for Brooklyn-based lifestyle brand, Purposerosa. We designed three new pages of the website (landing page and newsletter sign up, events page, and #purposeis movement page) for both web and mobile, to help increase user experience and brand engagement.Team deliverables for this project were user research and interviews, user persona and journey map, user flows, site maps, mood board and style guide, mid and high-fidelity wireframes and prototype for desktop, and high-fidelity wireframes for mobile (to show mobile responsiveness) using Figma.
