Specialist, Leaves Administration
Current• Determine eligibility and approve/deny leave request• Assists supervisors, timekeepers, and employees who need guidance relating to absences, by providing information, procedures for leaves, and maintains FMLA and related leave records; monitors employee cases, dates, and payroll status and reviews documents• Researches disputed cases related to absences and leaves• Key and process payroll for the 739 department for employees in the appropriate leave status• Conduct training about leave rights and responsibilities, and the approval process
