(UCP), my primary responsibilities were recruitment, processing and coordinating the successful completion of pre-employment contingencies for all new hires. At end of my second year, our department was restructured and I was offered HR Generalist responsibilities as an HR Representative. This promotion greatly expanded my responsibilities into the full employee life cycle.Some accomplishments worth mentioning...I've increased accuracy in file compliance by creating operations manual and checklists for processing new hires.
