Reviewed and approved Certifications for residents and applicants, ensuring all documentation for HUD, RD, and Tax Credit properties was accurate.Provided training for new on-site managers, including creation of a Training Outline for new on-site staff that was implemented company-wide. This training tool helped to guide new staff to meet deadlines and assist in time management and organization.Provided interim management for sites during staffing changes, prepared site offices for new management, set up time-lines for up-coming deadlines, kept paperwork in an organized manner and maintained deadlines with detailed lists of items still needing to be completed to ensure new staff would transition easily into their position without back-logged paperwork.
