I have decades of experience recording voice overs for industrial training videos, commercial spots, and promotional explainer videos. Certified in Supreme Science Level One Qi Gong, I incorporate into my teaching the methods and movements of Jeff Primack, Dr. Roger Jahnke, O.M.D., and Francesco Garri Garripoli. Introduced to Qi Gong in 2017, I began practicing daily and experienced immediate benefits, including release and clearing of stress and emotional trauma, calmness and improved clarity of mind, easing of joint pain, and a greater sensitivity to energy and spirit realms.
