I am a UC Davis graduate who has spent these past four years determined with the ambition to complete my double major in Anthropology and Chicano Studies and minor in Linguistics. I am searching for a company whose goals are aspiring, beneficial, and rewarding for its employees and the community. I worked at two critical jobs throughout my four years of a full-time student, both teachings leaving me with excellent knowledge. I worked at Three Ladies Cafe, which allowed me to be the head cook and shift lead and to explore more in-depth how to develop and implement innovative action plans to increase efficiency and productivity. I took leadership in training, mentoring, and maintaining team members' skills and performances. I also carried a consistent cheerful, professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and employees, keeping a cooking head and solving problems efficiently, which strengthened my customer service skills. Secondly, I worked with the University of California, Davis as an intern assistant Facilities Operation Management Customer Service Specialist and worked collaboratively with the UC Davis Marketing department to deliver monthly vital projects. I provided a high level of service to the internal processing team regarding enrolling new customers in internal systems and achieved daily goals by working with fellow employees and independently. I answer incoming e-mails promptly to help customers place work orders from various shops. Throughout my time with UC Davis, I have been efficient with Excel, Microsoft, Google, Tririga, Kuali, MailChimp, SmartSheet, and Canva.
