● Migration to Infinity (M2i) program: Global Healthcare Software Migration- Creating a toolkit for M2i Champions. It includes tools such as ADKAR, PCT assessment and communication resources, and is based on Google Editors- Assisting in the preparation, execution and follow-up of Champions community meetings- Co-facilitating workshops and sessions to increase engagement - Facilitating stakeholder mapping exercises with affiliates- Main point of contact with LATAM champion community● Global Access Evidence chapter - DigiPOD:- Providing support in the areas of communication, adoption and change management to the team of product owners and squad leads of the different initiatives- Fostering the team's internal communication and helping them establishing good collaboration practices- Co-hosting quarterly workshops to track progress and define next actions- Temporarily acting as Scrum Master● Digital Collaboration @Roche Part of the core team who organized, planned and delivered this global event to raise awareness, provide info sessions and create fun activities for the whole company about digital collaboration and new ways of working.● Change2 program: transitioning from MS Office to Google Workplace. - Creating local initiatives to engage colleagues in our site both virtually and on-campus. - Leading the Champion network on our site (defining strategy, hosting sessions, actively recruiting, maintaining relations). - Supporting escalations from an OCM perspective.● Leading the new Adoption Services area in the IT End User Services team, DIA Site IT. - Providing Adoption awareness internally and outside of our team, to colleagues and leaders through engaging presentations and interactive info sessions.- Very actively collaborating with colleagues around the globe to create initiatives, define strategies, align and support. ● The Factory: fulfilling the need for internal visual communication (animated videos, gSites, slide decks, branding, etc)

-Main point of contact for consumer requests for virtual events. Highly skilled in virtual event solutions consultancy.-Planning of virtual events to match the needs of the consumers - this required advanced handling of gCal and gMail, deep understanding of the capabilities of the solutions offered.-Operation of live streams and recordings.-Post-production of recordings, with advanced placement of elements (slides, video, pictures)required to fix any issues encountered during the live stream.-Customer survey creation and follow up. Creation of appropriatequestions and format for our Webcast team survey with the support from the LEAN team.-Part of the End To End Virtual Event Service Project - involved with a high engagement in several tasks such as definition of service components, consolidation of our gSite, document creation with focus on end-user training. The project has been developed using the agile framework, SCRUM methodology was used.

-Webcast: event coordination, recording, streaming, post-production and customer support. Very good understanding of the whole process and excellent performance in each stage.-VC (Video Conference) Administration: event booking in VCScheduler, customer support.-VC Center: videoconference monitoring and troubleshooting, customer support.-Official communications for our team - creation of documentation for end users, collaboration with Global User Service Center.-Participation in Boost IT - preparation of visual elements (poster, cards), follow-up meetings to ensure the proper planning of the activity with the team, active participation.

-Standardization of Citrix App Layering (4.10, 4.11). This included both the documentation process and the technical knowledge I had lo learn from scratch. This task also required continuous interaction with different teams, good organizational skills and a broad understanding of Roche's infrastructure in order to consider the integration of this technology within the company.-Standardizartion of Citrix Receiver for Mac (12.8, 12.9). This allowed Mac users to benefit from this tool in a consistent way. It required continuos interaction with different Engineering teams and a good level of knowledge regarding Mac systems.-Citrix 6.5 and 7.15 baselines for Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012, 2016)The goal was to make sure every component was completely updated after deployment in every server (components such as SEP, FireEye, NetIQ, Microsoft security fixes, and Citrix components). In order to do this, I learned about Roche’s Citrix 6.5 and 7.15 infrastructure, SCCM troubleshooting and administration, Windows Registry structure and Visual Basic Script. Working hand in hand with Operational teams and other Engineering colleagues was key to obtain the expected results.

Practical training during Roche Internship Program InITiate.
