The purpose of this job is accountable for the growth and effective delivery of clinical services offered to consumers by licensed and non-licensed clinical staff. The Chief of Clinical Services is responsible for the design and implementation of specialized clinical programs, therapies, treatment modalities, and the overall operations and services of clinical services to address the needs in the community. Analyzes patient volumes, patient satisfaction, contribution margins as well as other patient and market data to drive the commercial service line(s) growth. Provides leadership, supervision of Associates in key roles, coordinates the development of clinical and comprehensive service delivery systems, fiscal accountability, policy development, organizational development, data analysis, and community development.

The clinical program manager is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in the coordination and implementation of clinical services offered to EHN consumers by Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, volunteers and student interns. Responsible for staff training and supervision of EHN Clinical Services team as deemed appropriate. Position requires Clinical Manager to provide direct care service by conducting assessments, diagnosing, and conducting individual, group and family sessions as well as supervising employees on a one on one and/or group basis. He or she will be the primary contact person for clients and families and will spearhead efforts to engage clients in treatment. The Clinical Manager’s primary goals are to build a positive relationship with participants and assist them in developing their abilities for self-management. The Clinical Manager will work with participants using a shared decision-making process to develop and modify treatment plans. The Clinical Manager will provide support, education, consultation, and basic services to participants and their families. With younger individuals, work with families will be more prominent since they play a pivotal role in the individuals’ lives during adolescence and the first years of adulthood. The Clinical Manager will monitor, oversee, and supervise the team-based process.

Conducts individual, family, and group counseling sessions according to individualized treatment plans and in accordance with professional standards.Serve as a safety coordinator by hosting safety trainings, reviewing/updating safety protocols, and monitoring safety adherence within the agency.Participate in development and ongoing evaluation of clinical and special programs.Provide crisis intervention and safety consultationAssist in the continuing development of agency’s therapy programsProviding on going training, staff development, and serve as a liaison for support staff.Coordinate on going trainings for the agency. Hosting trainings, inviting outside agencies to present, and cultivate a learning environment within the agency.
