In my role, I develop and coordinate child and youth programs, ensuring alignment with community needs and organizational objectives. I identify trends and priorities, conduct research to adapt programs to emerging needs, and collaborate with community organizations while representing TAYFFI at the Youth Leadership Network. By identifying service gaps and recommending improvement strategies, I ensure program effectiveness and adherence to TAYFFI’s standards. Additionally, I maintain awareness of local services, refer clients as needed, and enhance relationships with older adult members. My responsibilities also include organizing and facilitating youth and family programs and special events, fostering a positive team environment, and managing youth program volunteers.

As the South America Regional Coordinator at Threading Change, I am responsible for driving the organization's mission and promoting "Textile Talks" within the region. I organize and facilitate impactful events, collaborating with Ambassadors and building partnerships for the Story Maps Research Program. Additionally, I proudly represent Threading Change in the Latin America UN Regional Group, working closely with the dedicated team in Canada to make a lasting impact.

As a Science Ambassador in the Science Outreach Department, I connect northern Indigenous communities with senior undergraduate and graduate students, facilitating culturally-responsive, hands-on science education activities. With strong cultural competencies, I design and present inclusive science activities, covering diverse scientific topics. As the Executive Director of Fundación In Terris, I have taken on several consultancy projects, including working with GIZ (German development agency) and FSC Ecuador to implement the CO-labora project. This project focuses on post-COVID economic recovery and the revitalization of base recyclers to improve their social and working conditions in collaboration with the cardboard industry, aiming for a more sustainable banana supply chain.Additionally, I secured a contract with the Municipio de Samborondon for the implementation of the Bona Terra project. This project inaugurated the Bona Terra Farmers Market, a municipal agroecological market promoting the consumption of natural foods and healthy products.Furthermore, I have worked as a consultant for GIZ, supervising the project "Sustainability and Value Creation in Agricultural Supply Chains." This project, implemented in collaboration with relevant ministries in participating countries, such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environment, and Ministry of Industry, aims to enhance sustainability and value creation in agricultural supply chains.In addition to these consultancy projects, I have successfully implemented initiatives like ReciVeci, a standout start-up from the Aceleradora 100+ program, revolutionizing the recycling industry in Ecuador. ReciVeci was selected, alongside 35 other start-ups globally, to pilot a project focused on the recovery of recyclable packaging, primarily PET, glass, and metal. Their formal system of post-consumer packaging collection through the ReciApp mobile application has expanded to provide waste collection services in homes, businesses, and events across multiple cities in Ecuador.

Project Manager for YUNTA - First Latin American Festival in Saskatchewan, I led the organization and supervision of the inaugural cultural festival in Saskatoon, Canada. I developed a comprehensive proposal and successfully presented the project to Sask Culture. My responsibilities included hiring and managing a team, coordinating with a web designer and marketing consultant, overseeing the budget, and ensuring the successful execution of the event. Additionally, I provided meticulous financial reporting for the project's final evaluation.

As the International Students Representative, I passionately advocated for the rights and welfare of undergraduate international students. I played a pivotal role in establishing policies and guiding the direction of the University of Saskatchewan Students' Union in matters pertaining to student affairs. By actively promoting the general welfare of undergraduate students, I ensured their voices were heard and their concerns addressed. I provided regular reports to the constituency group that elected me, fostering transparency and accountability.

As a Program Coordinator Assistant, I successfully executed and organized intercultural and leadership events with up to 800 participants. I conducted workshops on intercultural education and handled administrative and logistical tasks. Additionally, I led the Global Connections Network, serving as a liaison between cultural student associations on campus, fostering collaboration and cultural exchange.
