Current· Processed daily ServiceNow tickets updating training records, user profile updates, processing new hires. Daily work may also include generating Completion and Learning Needs reports, assigning curriculum to learners. Applied completion credits for internal trainings. Closed tickets received or escalated to IT for assistance· On a daily basis I’ve processed minimum of 35 Incident Tickets and Task tickets via ServiceNow· SuccessFactors was the LMS used to build Curricula for Studies, revised current courses (Items) to new version, created new courses in the LMS, assigning training to new and current users, adding content to current curriculum· Completed and uploaded a daily Import file to onboard New Hires (Contractors) into the LMS. File was also used to adjust employee orgs, manager, employee type and locations·Assisted with Projects as needed which included identify and remove outdate training from curriculum, inactive managers in the LMS, managed the Leave of Absence file and other clean up activities·Troubleshoot user issues relating to courses not launching or not closing out completed·Attended Daily Check in Meetings and Weekly Team Meetings
