As the Director of Community Service I get to organize events with the ALPFA chapter at SF State, as well with other organizations on campus. I organize community service events once a month that include beach clean ups and mentoring high school students in lower-income areas. As a Board Member I also contribute in other activities, such as having our weekly meetings and helping out with other responsibilities out of my position.

During my internship at PwC I had the opportunity to work with a team in the Financial Service industry. Through the internship I got to network and build relationships Partners, Coaches, and staff. This overall experience made me develop personally and professionally to get a better sense of how I want my career path to look like.

Practicing marketing skills by updating all social media platforms that engage with students on a weekly basis. As well as informing students and ALPFA members about the different events and opportunities ALPFA at SF State has to offer.

Practiced Spanish communication skills by contributing and implemented new strategies. Created a base format that will be used every semester that will cut workload by half of the time. Created a Google form to send over 55 universities and counting that will improve communication efficiency among universities. Navigated through computer systems more effectively, concluding to gain experience in marketing strategies.
