The Board of Trustees has unanimously approved the removal of 'interim' from my title. It is official...I am the President of California Indian Nations College. The true reason behind my success, is my team! The CINC team is the epitome of a dream team. They are dedicated, genuine, and have a great sense of customer service. This dynamic team is truly the reason behind the ongoing successes of the College. It is their hard work, expertise, and support that allows the College to reach milestones in the shortest amount of time. They are the reason behind my achievements and success. Thank you CINC and thank you to our dedicated Board of Trustees and students! We WILL be the first accredited 2-year degree offering Tribal College in the State of California!

Chief Officer who, directly or by delegation, executes all executive and administrative duties in connection with the operation of the College. Appoints and leads the executive administrative team to launch the new Tribal College with accredited courses and sound resources for student services. Submits policy recommendations to the Board; provides quarterly financial status reports to the Board, and provides leadership to attain and maintain the WASC/ACCJC accreditation of the College.

Administer the budgets and financial operations for the Multi-disciplinary Administrative Unit (MDU), which includes the departments of: Ethnic Studies, Religious Studies, Media & Cultural Studies, Gender & Sexuality Studies in addition to the financials within the Interdisciplinary Programs (11 programs including and not limited to: Southeast Asian Studies, Global Studies, Middle Eastern & Islamic Studies, etc).
