As an educational leader with over 20 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to empowering educators and inspiring student success. My journey began in the classroom, where I discovered my passion for instructional strategies that truly make a difference. Since then, I've transitioned into leadership roles, where I've had the privilege of coaching teachers, developing curricula, and driving school improvement initiatives that have tangible, lasting impacts. I am the owner of Diverse Learning Practices Education, a educational consulting company. I am also the founder of L.E.A.D, leadership excellence and direction, which focuses on empowering leadership skills in youth and young adults.I’m a firm believer in the power of data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions. Whether I’m leading professional development sessions, integrating technology into the classroom, or working one-on-one with educators, my goal is always the same: to build teacher capacity and enhance student outcomes.
