As a Student Imaging and Operational Support Assistant at UC Berkeley, I played an integral role in maintaining high service levels in both document imaging and operational support. Additionally, I managed mail services, prepared items for shipping, and supported inventory control. My role also involved collaborating with the Divisional Safety Officer, supporting cellular device programs, and addressing building and equipment issues. This position honed my ability to work independently under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
