At Grupel S.A., I performed an internal transformation to improve all processes throught digital transformation, focusing on treasury management and KPIs control to optimize performance.

I was responsible for the financial area (treasury management, accounting supervision, annual budget, 3Y Business Plan and monthly KPIs control). The Company has subsidiaries in France and USA, and I was responsible for accounts consolidation and for the monthly report to the Board Members.

I was responsible for the coordination between the Holding Company (incorporated in the The Netherlands) and all the subsidiaries located in 3 different continents, ensuring operational control and compliance.I had under management a team of 9, distributed in the 3 different geographies and I was responsible for the monthly communication to the Holding Board Members.One of the main challenges in this role was the implementation of a savings plan to cut in 15% the annual operational costs, in all Group companies.
