Roadmap, Strategy and Business Growth:- Take the ownership of business unit owner of APAC water purifier and water heater- Strategic business growth plan of Asia Pacific, roadmap planning of both water heater and water purifier products for APAC- Business ownership including TNS (total net sales), GM(gross margin) and CAGR, cooperate with regional GM drive regional business goal- Track the performance of new products, monitor both product field failure rate (FFR), monthly sell in / sell out, make sure the project goal is reached, or continues improvementNew Product Development:- Take the ownership of complete TTM (Time to Market Process). From project initiation, until delivery release. Make sure on-time and qualitative delivery release- As the product and project owner, responsible for all milestone, such as supplier identification, product detail definition, certification, tooling, Start of Production, etc- Analysis the business case: Product cost, Project investment, Project Gross Margin, EBIT, DCF and make sure valid business case- Work closely with both internal project team and external suppliers, drive both in-house and buyout projects- Prioritize and execute the regional needs, make critical decision of idea selection, reach both region and BU business target- Create sales argument, product photo shooting and online/offline material, TTT training, enable our sales team Industrial design and UX:- Being the industrial design owner. In charge of industrial design release, apply and improvise Bosch design guide line to APAC market needs, for both mid-positioned and high-positioned products - Identify different online and offline channel needs, set up and drive industrial design differentiation for different channel- Drive in-house and external industrial designers, to fulfill the design, responsible from concept design until production - Lead UX research for all new projects, use UX tool to identify the needs from the end user
