Supports a personnel management team within the Military Schools Branch (MSB). Manages over 80,000 annual Active and Reserve Army school quotas in accordance with established policies and regulatory guidance; researches and applies governing laws, rules, regulations and policies related to the Army personnel system through the course of discharging assigned duties; prepares written and oral responses to supported population of Soldiers, their Chains of Command, and external agencies as required; maintains permanent and temporary suspense log and records of management actions through the use of assorted automated and manual systems; collaborates directly with internal and external organizations in order to facilitate career management issues; Establishes management procedures that conform to established guidance and intent as directed by the supervisory chain of command as based on departmental decisions and priorities; analyzes training seat allocations daily via ATRRS in order to schedule qualified Soldiers for requisite courses; compiles statistical analysis data based on packet submission and selectees; Manages and utilizes assigned course trainingseats through administration of the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) database; verifies Soldier eligibility data using the Enlisted Distribution Assignment System (EDAS) and Electronic Military Personnel Operations(eMILPO); utilizes various computer software packages in the performance of assigned duties which may include, but are not limited to: Word processing, database management, electronic mail, the Army Training Requirements and Resources Systems (ATRRS), EDAS, eMILPO, iPERMS, and data queries.
