A high performing, experienced and values based Chief Executive Officer. Demonstrated track record of achievement across local government, community sector and public health. In August 2017 I was recognised as one of the inaugural Top 50 Women in the Public Sector for outstanding leadership in local government. My background is broad and relevant, Chief Executive Officer experience for a metropolitan Council, demonstrated capability and experience at Director level for two metropolitan Councils, 10 years as CEO of a Non-Government Organisation, senior management experience in public health and Board experience across a number of sectors. I was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Victoria Police in 2023 for exemplary service to the Community during the 15 October 2022 extreme flood event. I have formal graduate and post graduate qualifications and am also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). In 2024 I completed The Harvard Kennedy School program for State and Local Government Executives.With this extensive background and experience in leadership, Chief Executive and Board experience I bring a genuine interest and passion for making a difference, good governance, high performing teams, and a personal commitment to accountable and responsive public service. From 2014-2020 I held an elected Board position with Local Government Professionals Victoria (LGPro) and I am currently a Board Member of WoMEDA West of Melbourne Economic Development Alliance.
