• Ownership for APAC investment and communication with US corporate senior leaders• Finance champion for emerging markets growth and strategic plan• Lead competitive studies• Drive profitability and identify strategy for making product successful• Improve Sales/Price terms & clause and contract review, storage & approval process • Manage communication with US senior leaders and regions for strategic plan/growth initiatives• Explore partnering opportunity with local OEM and manage JVs• Global product line development finance champion for Asia Pacific

• Work with global group controller in formulating business plans, future objective; securing business performance by developing initiatives and identifying growth opportunities• Lead budgeting/long-term planning/closing, forecasting and other financial cycles• Support global group controller on communication with global leadership team, ensure all information has been properly communicated and well understood• Review and coordinate global investment opportunity and business case• Global functional spending benchmarking, identify improvement opportunity and footprint of COE & SSC

• Drive business to meet commitment• Ensure controllership compliance and proper process control in place• Manage communication with global leadership team and business• Mitigate risks and explore opportunities to maximize business performance• Lead budgeting/strategic planning/closing/forecast and other financial initiatives• Lead manufacturing productivity and inventory management optimization• Think “out of box” to develop effective solution to challenging issues• Build and sustain strong finance team, establish talent pipeline, engage the team to provide best support to other functions
