About Celia Johnson

Experienced business executive and lawyer. Member of the Bars of British Columbia, Ontario and New York.At Graymont, I report to the President and CEO and, as a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, I am responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and ensuring the strategy is effectively executed. I am also responsible for leading the Graymont Legal Team whose mandate is to manage Graymont’s global legal affairs, covering six countries in North America and the Asia Pacific region, ensuring that legal risk is proactively identified and appropriately mitigated. As Corporate Secretary, I am responsible for maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance at Graymont and I work closely with Graymont’s board of directors and shareholders.
