As the Ops Lead in our small team, I thrive in our fast-paced start up environment where I eagerly take on new hats on a regular basis. The hats I wear most regularly include: • Leading on designing and delivering our operations cycles• Collaborating in designing our services (Local Welcome meals and ADHD Together sessions)• Building and maintaining relationships with our users and partners • Iterating our tech stack which includes SaaS such as Hubspot, Zapier and Squarespace.• Conducting user research interviews (and analysing the results of these) • Collaborating in planning, writing and delivering strategic user comms I've also:• Collaborated in the design, launch and scaling of our Local Welcome meals and ADHD Together sessions• Designed and lead training sessions and learning materials for our ADHD Together session leaders• Lead on designing user personas and writing the copy of Facebook/Instagram ads that effectively reached and converted potential ADHD Together users • Delivered workshops for my team (inc. design workshops and roadmapping)

Working in partnership with Derby City Council, and with guidance of Derbyshire Wildlife Trust to conserve Mickleover Manor Woodland, improve its biodiversity and accessibility, and enhance the role it plays within the lives of the local community.

I applied to this scheme to experience being a paid researcher and to have my own research project fully funded. For my data collection, I conducted a focus group session and an online questionnaire.
