Celia served as Director Special Projects/Training Give an Hour as well as consulted with Armed Forces Foundation and National Organization on Disabilities/AW2 Careers. Her book. When Warriors Come Home was a National Organization on Disabilities and AW2 collaboration in 2012. Celia was instructional designer, writer, producer on hundreds of multi-media non-broadcast training projects including American Red Cross disaster/emergency response, K-8 Masters of Disaster,and post 9/11 national training Response to Weapons of Mass Destruction.She authored the trilogy: Best seller, Prayers on My Pillow, Inspiration for Girls on The Threshold of Change (Ballantine 1998), More Prayers On My Pillow, (Ballantine 2000) and The Mother Daughter Circle, (Ballantine, 2003.) Her poetry inspired calendars, scrapbooks sold on QVC, and a CD “I’m More Than What I Seem” voiced by actresses Judy Ivey, Annette Bening, Blythe Danner, Kathleen Turner.
