This role required me to work effectively and efficiently in a highly collaborative and responsive environment within a growing non-for-profit organisation. This role requires excellent administrative and problem solving skills and the capacity to work well under pressure to ultimately meet the needs of hospital patients and health professionals. Strong communication and co-ordination abilities are used in this role to ensure the schedule is followed and all concerns are dealt with in a precise and practical manner . Other responsibilities include auditing patients menu choices with food received and updating dietitians, kitchen supervisors and the foodservice manger with any important issues or changes.
