Current1. Teaming up: set up the internal communication team across three big member companies to support organizational changes;2. Communication channels: set up online channels and offline local points of contact (POC) generally covering all CPBU workplaces;3. Content & strategy: formulate internal communication strategy in alignment with business strategy, create agenda for major communication projects, generate key messages for senior leadership, deliver quality content for communication; 4. Event organization: coordinate and organize virtual and offline events including townhalls, business team workshops and ceremonies for major celebrations; 5. Generate resources for communication;6. Handle complex interfaces: proactively collaborate with double headquarters, navigate through uncertainties and complexities; support affiliated production sites in internal communication by providing resources and professional guidance.
