I love a challenge, to be able to make a difference and to really add value! I am passionate at building opportunities for individuals to be able to achieve their full potential, whether students, employees or ex military. I'm highly motivated with a proven track record of delivery. I enjoy roles that use my skills in engaging with people (collaboration, stakeholder engagement, business development, leadership etc), including at strategic level and my ability to approach things differently, from a unique and refreshing perspective. I am accomplished at initiating projects from conception, through execution to completion, maintaining resources and logistics throughout. I have a strong network of people in public, private, education and academia, and enjoy meeting and engaging with the interesting people that make work worthwhile!

DirectorStem Coordination Hub Aug 2018 - Mar 2020Norfolk UkThe STEM Coordination Hub is an industry funded initiative piloting across Breckland, North Norfolk, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. It will significantly enhance local delivery by tailoring activity to each school’s needs on an holistic basis, maximising and leveraging resources, identifying and seeking to fill gaps in provision, whilst finding new ways to improve the learning experience and create new career opportunities for young people. The hub operates by taking an ‘account management’ approach to building relationships with each school, academy, college, university, business and STEM delivery body. This differs from existing models which tend to adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach, to a solution tailored to the specific needs of the school or college and its learners, aligned to their curriculum and working with appropriate local businesses on an holistic basis. It also aims to significantly simplify the confusion in and the fragmentation of the STEM education skills landscape through its coordination role between education, academia, employers and delivery bodies.
