As a person, honesty and integrity underpins my work ethos and the values by which I live. My Story I began my career in retail sales and government administration. Moving into banking, I grew up through the ranks rounding out my first tenure in finance as a bank manager of a CBD branch. Changing direction, I gained tertiary qualifications in Interior Design, working and tutoring students. I value the many ways that my design experience translates successfully to create coexistence between form and function, regardless of industry type. I remain active in the design space curating bespoke spaces for my clients.Returning to finance, I stepped into operations and risk environments, specialising in credit acquisitions, relationship management, designing & facilitating training programs, developing capability frameworks and sales effectiveness strategies. As a huge believer that people are the heart of success, and with my ‘true north’ centred around wanting to leave the world better than I found it, I extended my professional capabilities to become an Executive Coach.Working as C-suite, with multi-disciplined teams, I devised & translated organisational strategy into successful business level tactical & customer centric initiatives. I sit very comfortably in the continuum midst of customer, operations and strategic intent, and am able to flex accordingly. Gaining AICD qualifications broadened my horizon of board governance, and I look forward to operating further at board level in the future.As a consultant I have had the privilege to reimagine and rebuild operating environments, addressing long-standing issues, and bridge gaps between strategy, systems and people to realise meaningful, sustainable change from the inside out.
